Managing Director and Group Head of Investment Banking

Bruce Durkee is Managing Director and Group Head of Investment Banking.  Durkee has been a senior investment banker and has over twenty years experience, serving middle market companies with merger and acquisition advice and equity and debt underwritings and placements.  Prior to joining Entrepreneur Advisors, Durkee was a Managing Director at The Robinson-Humphrey Company and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (STRH), where he held a number of key leadership positions in Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets.  While at STRH, he was a member of the Fairness Opinion Committee and Equity Commitment Committee.  Prior to STRH, Durkee was a Managing Director for many years at Wheat First Butcher Singer and its successor company, First Union Securities, an investment banking firm based in Richmond and Charlotte.
